Rochester Overnight Plating, LLC treats aluminum and aluminum alloys to impart increased corrosion resistance and durability. Our processes produce a chemical film over the aluminum in hexavalent yellow as well as in trivalent clear (ROHS compliant). Our rack plating process accommodates parts 48″ by 48″ and up to 60 pounds. We perform a basic cleaning process with proprietary chemistry to ensure a proper and effective chemical film. We handle prototype to high production volumes, with a 4-hour same day turn around available upon request.
